Cuchara de Palo – Drinks Menu

We offer a nice selection of fine wines and specialty Pisco drinks. Our classic Pisco Sour is a favorite.

Juices are fresh, prepared with seasonal ripe fruit from the nearby Lares Valley rainforest.

We serve the typical chicha morada refreshment made of purple corn, pineapple, key lime juice, sugar and cinnamon with a few secret house ingredients. Purple corn is highly prized as an antioxidant.

The wild mint lemonade is amazing, featuring muña (wild mint) that is locally sourced, and among many healing attributes, it is especially recognized for acclimating to the altitude. The iced tea and iced coca tea are both refreshing, and not to be missed.

We also serve coffee drinks, and hot chocolate prepared with organic cacao paste from the rainforest.

We have a selection of herbal teas, and a house teapot highlighting the fresh variety of herbs locally sourced from the wild.
