Our juices are fresh, prepared with seasonal ripe fruit from the nearby Lares Valley rainforest.
We serve the typical chicha morada refreshment made of purple corn, pineapple rind, key lime juice, sugar and cinnamon with a few secret house ingredients. Purple corn is highly prized as an antioxidant that helps prevent cancer.
The wild mint lemonade is a favorite. Our muña (wild mint) is locally sourced, and among many healing attributes, it is especially recognized for acclimating to the altitude.
We also serve organic coffee, and hot chocolate prepared with organic cacao paste from the rainforest.
We have a selection of herbal teas, and a house teapot highlighting the fresh variety of herbs locally sourced from the wild.
